Schedulling Flights & Payment Information

 
Cancellation Policy – NO EXCEPTIONS

CANCELLATIONS MADE MORE THAN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) PRIOR TO ORIGINAL SCHEDULED FLIGHT TIME
HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: • PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON REQUEST • FLIGHT MAY BE
RE-SCHEDULED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL CANCELLED BOOKING – WITHOUT PENALTY.  ORIGINAL
PAYMENT WILL BE APPLIED TO RE-SCHEDULED FLIGHT.

Scheduling
All flights of less than an hour in length are subject to rescheduling by management in order to consolidate
into hour flight sessions. Every effort will be made to reschedule within 1 hour of original appointment. Please make
sure we have a phone number to contact you if necessary.
