Following are the most frequently asked questions we have experienced

Q: I've never made a skydive. Can I fly in the wind tunnel?
A: Absolutely. Our Wind Tunnel is safe and FUN for First Time Flyers
of ALL ages. We offer a First Time Flyer "course" that
includes a class. You can add minutes to your first experience.

on tunnel flight.
Q: What does tunnel flight cost?
A: Our Pricing schedule is posted under "Get Tunnel Time" for
First Time Flyers and experienced skydivers and tunnel flyers.
Q: I'm an AFF Student and would like to know more about improving
my skills and confidence as a new skydiver. Can the wind tunnel
help?
A: The Wind Tunnel is a terrific, safe place to enhance your skills
and confidence. Under the supervision of your skydiving instructor
and our Flight Safety Instructors, you will quickly and cost-effectively
build upon what you have been learning in your AFF program.
Q: I am a skydiver. What will my experience be in the Wind Tunnel?
A: If you are a licensed skydiver, we'll first start you off with
a simple Skydiver's Briefing that covers mostly safety issues
and our procedures. You can learn so much in a short period of
time flying in the tunnel. Please visit "Tunnel Guide" on
this website for more information.
Q: Are jobs still available?
A: Yes, we are accepting applications for Counter Sales and additional
Flight Instructors. Our application is available on line from
this website under "Employment."
Q: What is the weight limit?
A: Our weight limit is 250lbs. or by special arrangement. Please
call our Sales Office for further information. (951) 940-4290.
Q: What is your cancellation Policy?
A: Minimum 50% due at time of booking. Bookings within 24 hours
-- full payment required; no refunds on cancellations or no-show
If you cancel or "no-show" your flight time:
With less than a 24-hour notice you will be charged the full amount,
no exceptions.
With less than a 48-hour notice your deposit will not be returned.
With less than a 72-hour notice you will be allowed to reschedule
your flight time.
With more than a 72-hour notice you will receive a full refund.
If you are late in arriving, you will lose your money and time.
